- Sessions are NOT confirmed until payment has been made AND proof of payment has been submitted via email.
- Fees are non-refundable. However, if the student has already paid for a session and has missed that session, he/she will be allowed to take a make-up session at no additional charge.
- ALL sessions MUST be booked through the website. Under no circumstances should private arrangements be made between the tutor and yourself.
- All complaints must be sent to the company’s email at email@example.com
- ALL sessions will be recorded.
- Our prices are subject to change without notice.
